Sunday, July 24, 2022 After all that awake time, I deserve to sleep in this morning and Ammar is always in favor of the that! We slept right through breakfast but after the carb fesst yesterday it'ss probably a good thing! We had a bit of left-over pizza and went exploring. We aren't far from the area we know and it is fun to find new parks and revisit old haunts. We've done a little shopping and are taking a break before going out to dinner later. Ammar found a Thai restaurant on Friday and we may try that. And one night we'll go to a place I read about in several food columns called Retro. It is supposed to be superb! Also, I sent a WhatsApp to tomorrow's tour company and we're now corresponding with Alex. He sounds like fun and sent an adorable GIF of a chow-chow puppy swinging by his front legs!
